Emergency Flood Evacuation Agreement lt•unrE. Property address: 593 Washington RD, Edgerton, WI 53534 1SSio.1 Both parties, Dee Heitz and Don Squire,have agreed to said flood emergency plan. For the purpose of providing Dee Heitz a secondary flood emergency path last resort evacuation,(in the extreme event her private driveway is totally flooded beyond use)this plan has been identified by both property owners as such: Don Squire will give Dee Heitz written permission in the rare case of her driveway flooding, to travel by foot or car(truck) on fringe (edge)of his cropland, located on the north side of Dees property, and on the fence line that is now established dividing both parcels. Entrance path will begin at septic mound on Dees property and continue straight to Washington rd, curving a little to avoid low spots or anything under 159.1 elevation of floodplan on Don Squires property. This permission is ONLY related to an emergency flood, if ever needed .For safety precaution. If any soil, grass, crops etc. are damaged by Dee in the event of this flood evacuation, Dee will restore ALL conditions back to original. Or pay for any other loss created by this emergency path.(example: run over beans or corn) If Don Squire or Dee Heitz should sell either property in the future,this agreement will need to be updated with new owners signing an updated plan. Please note: there is no need for creating a driveway on Don Squires cropland. All things will remain as is, except if an emergency v,;,\\ arises, Dee will drive on the cropland edge as s it ll is.
