DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 9473 <br /> ;nding Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Rutland. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> Rutland be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9473 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Rutland, including all of Lot <br /> #1, Certified Survey Map #7014 as found in Volume 35 Page 155 Certified Survey Maps, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin, Register of Deeds office, described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said <br /> Section 30; thence N87°20'27"E, 3092.49 feet along the East-West 1 /4 line of said section 30; thence <br /> S50°39'33' East, 1151.86 feet to a point in the centerline of West Rutland Road, said point being the most <br /> Northerly corner of Lot#1 of said Certified Survey Map #7014 and the point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence S50°39'33" East, 230.00 feet along the centerline of West Rutland Road to the Southeasterly line of said <br /> Lot#1; thence S41°00'00" West, 210.00 feet along said Southeasterly line to the Southerly line of said Lot#1; <br /> thence S80°07'25" West, 79.21 feet along said Southerly line to the Southwesterly line of said Lot#1; thence <br /> N50°39'33"West, 324.09 feet along said Southwesterly line and the Northwesterly extension thereof; thence <br /> N41°00'00"East, 270.00 feet to the centerline of West Rutland Road; thence S50°39'33" East, 144.09 feet <br /> along said centerline to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> r',nditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> inances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed descriptions is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared <br /> for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two <br /> copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning <br /> C,11 Lek:1We: Lal <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the <br /> provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
