DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8785 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of York. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 8785 <br /> Part of the E 112 of the NE 114 o f Section 19, Town of York described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast come of said Section 19,Town of York, thence South 4.30 <br /> feet;thence along the centerline of J.$ 'sch Road, 1540 feet to the point of beginning;thence <br /> S45°East 480 feet;thence S45°We 800 feet;thence North along the West line of the <br /> E 112 NE 114, 720 feet to the center ine of said Janisch Road;thence N55°East along said <br /> centerline, 135 feet; thence N45° ast along said centerline, 165 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> ( Or ITONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby impos-I pursuant to Section i0.255(3Xa)2. (b)Of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED ' D STRIC )UIR <br /> This amendment will be effective, i within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the <br /> owner or owners of the land shall rec'rd the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1) Deed Restrict the balance of he property to prohibit further residential <br /> development(parcel numbe * 0912-191-8070;0912-191-8000;0912-191-9500; <br /> and 0912-191-9570). <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor o Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as <br /> the owners of land within 300 feet o the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause <br /> the rezone to be null and void. <br /> [ A copy of the recorded documents all be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> 'ER'1'1F `D SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey <br /> map will be prepared for approval . d recorded.
