DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.8785 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of York. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 8785 Part of the E 112 of the NE 114 o f Section 19, Town of York described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast come of said Section 19,Town of York, thence South 4.30 feet;thence along the centerline of J.$ 'sch Road, 1540 feet to the point of beginning;thence S45°East 480 feet;thence S45°We 800 feet;thence North along the West line of the E 112 NE 114, 720 feet to the center ine of said Janisch Road;thence N55°East along said centerline, 135 feet; thence N45° ast along said centerline, 165 feet to the point of beginning.
