• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO.9378 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of York. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of <br /> York be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes the following described land: _ } <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 9378 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 19,Town of York described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of <br /> said Section 19; thence along the East line of the said NE 1/4, S00°25'06" East, 4.30 feet to a point on the <br /> centerline of Janisch Road;thence along the centerline of said Janisch Road, S45°03'19"West 1593.27 feet;thence <br /> S44°56'41"East,458.27 feet to the point of beginning;thence S41°01'47"West,280.42 feet to the South corner of <br /> Lot#2 Certified Survey Map#10946; thence N41°15'42" East, 115.95 feet; thence N40°51'58" East, 164.47 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> AND: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 19, Town of York described as follows: Lot #2, CSM #10946 as found in <br /> Volume 65,Page 261,Certified Survey Maps,Dane County,Wisconsin,Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for <br /> approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective,if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a <br /> certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of <br /> Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
