ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5357 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SUN PRAIRIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5357: <br /> Part of S 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 32, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 32; thence S 04° 09' 14" <br /> West along the West line of said SW 1/4, 1366.28 feet; thence S 89° 19' 27" <br /> East, 403.16 feet; thence S 86° 30' 02" East, 300.94 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence S 86° 30' 02" East along the South right-of-way of CTH TT, <br /> 151.18 feet; thence N 03° 26' 18" East along said right-of-way, 9.95 feet; <br /> thence S 86° 30' 02" East along said right-of-way, 630.38 feet; thence N 86° <br /> 29' 53" West, 774.21 feet; thence N 03° 29' 12" East, 271.90 feet to the point <br /> of this description. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: OP 2 1 1992 <br /> • <br />
