Document of Understanding of Dane County Zoning Division Policies <br /> Towards Farm Residences in the A-1 Exclusive Zoning District <br /> , do hereby attest to full understanding that in the <br /> instance of cessation of farm activities, my approved Conditional Use Permit for a farm <br /> residence will become void. I realize that it would then become necessary on my behalf <br /> to petition the Dane County Zoning and Land Regulation Committee for rezone to a <br /> zoning classification which would be suitable for a single family residence without an <br /> ongoing farm operation. At such time of cessation of acceptable farm activities, my <br /> home would be considered illegal as per Dane County Zoning Ordinances. <br /> I realize that the Dane County Zoning and Land Regulation Committee is not under <br /> obligation to grant my rezone request merely on the basis of a voided farm plan.
