In addition, the owner must comply with the operation, maintenance and <br /> monitoring duties as described in section VIII of the component manual. A copy of this <br /> information must be given to the owner upon completion of the project. <br /> A Sanitary Permit must be obtained from Dane county where this project is located. <br /> Maintenance informat on must be given to the owner of the tank explaining that periodic cleaning <br /> of the filter is required.
