1400- r- e k <br /> Fyf- 6s3- /-/ <br /> , N <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. <br /> f 6514 #45 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning Dis ict Zags oft—Town f Rutland be amended to <br /> include in the A-B Agricultural Business District/s the following <br /> described land: <br /> Pet. #6514: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Rutland more fully <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the <br /> said NE 1/4; thence North 33 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> North 300 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence South 300 feet; thence <br /> West 100 feet; thence West 100 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. The uses on this property shall be limited to sales, service and <br /> repair of farm machinery/equipment and lawn and garden equipment as <br /> well as limiting outdoor storage to no more than six pieces of farm <br /> equipment, and machinery. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
