11L <br /> Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1533 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - drain tile installation business. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 7/13/99 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 18, Town of Rutland, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the center of the said Section <br /> 18; thence North 575 feet to the point of beginning; thence North <br /> 400 feet; thence East 290 feet; thence South 400 feet; thence West <br /> 290 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1 . No division of A-2 (2) and A-1 Ex Zoning lands . <br /> 2 . Evergreen screening of home and storage shed. <br /> 3 . No machinery stored such that it can be viewed from Mesa <br /> Drive. <br /> 4 . No further division of A-2 (2) and A-i Ex land for residential <br /> purposes . <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
