Jay and Michelle farm the land with Stan. They have obtained Zoning Permit 98 2423, issued <br /> 11/11/1998,for a new SFR by meeting the farm income requirement. The new house under <br /> construction appears to be immediately South of another farmhouse and farm buildings(not Stan's <br /> residence.) The agent states that"the rest of the farmland will continue to be farmed by ourselves and <br /> my father." <br /> Soils: 100%Class I-11 <br /> Uses: 100%Cropland <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7433.
