DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7434 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Albion. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7434 <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 21 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 22, Town of Albion <br /> described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> Part of Outlot #10, Assessor's Plat of the Village of Albion, in the Town of Albion <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Outlot #10; thence North <br /> along the West line of said Outlot #10, 75.0 feet; thence East parallel to the South line of <br /> said Outlot #10, 85.0 feet; thence South 75.0 feet to the South line of said Outlot #10; <br /> thence West along said South line 85.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> AND: <br /> Part of Outlot 9, Assessor's Plat of the Village of Albion, in the Town of Albion, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Outlot #10, of said <br /> Assessor's Plat; thence NO2°01' West 40.00 feet along the Westerly line of said Outlot <br /> #10 and the Easterly line of Outlot#9, to the point of beginning of this description; thence <br /> continuing along said East line of Outlot #9, NO2°01' West 35.0 feet; thence S88°12'40" <br /> West 60.00 feet; thence S02°01' East parallel to the East line of said Outlot #9, 35.00 <br /> feet; thence N88°12'40"East 60.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> ALSO: <br /> Part of Outlot#9, Assessor's Plat of Village of Albion, in the Town of Albion described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of Outlot#9, thence N88°00'26" East 686.59 <br /> feet; thence SO4°36'00" East 211.81 feet; thence S88°12'40" West 60.00 feet; thence <br /> S02°01' East 35.00 feet; thence N88°12'40" East 60.00 feet; thence S02°01' East 40.00 <br /> feet; thence N88°12'40" East 102.86 feet; thence S01°59'40" East 145.00 feet along the <br /> Westerly right-of-way of a Town Road; thence S88°57'40" West 217.00 feet; thence <br /> N01°54'40" West 77.83 feet; thence S87°40'47" West 578.80 feet; thence NO2°31'53" <br /> West 353.84 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
