DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7273 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Cottage Grove. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Cottage Grove be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7273 <br /> Parcel of land in the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Cottage Grove described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 7; thence S86°16' West, <br /> 817.0 feet along the quarter Section line; thence N25°11' West, 1002.2 feet along the <br /> Easterly side of Vilas Road to the point of beginning; thence N80°27' East, 132.0 feet; <br /> thence N19°23'45" West, 129.88 feet; thence N10°15'37" West, 40 feet; thence <br /> S74°24'11" West, 53.60 feet; thence S83°17'48" West, 82.01 feet; thence S17°37' East, <br /> 170.6 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the or or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.The following uses as allowed under the C-2 district, Section 10.14 Dane County Code of Ordinances: <br /> b.Major repairs to motor vehicles. <br /> q.Parking or storing of motor vehicles. <br /> r. Storage or processing of scrap or waste materials conducted wholly within a building. <br /> s.Warehouses. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> \O ) <br /> 6t 1 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
