He has 9 pieces of equipment, which he stores outdoors. He wishes to rezone <br /> 1.01 acres immediately South of the house and existing driveway to A-2(1) with a CUP for Limited <br /> Family Business to bring the illegal business use into compliance. He plans to build a 40' x 60' foot <br /> building with a 12' x 60' roofed"lean-to"on the A-2(1)zoned area. According to the Town Board <br /> Minutes of 10/20/1998,Pleasant Springs intends to request CUP Conditions limiting Arneson to"area <br /> of business not to exceed one acre, a steel sided pole building not to exceed 3,720 square feet,no <br /> signage, vehicles must be stored in the building and that there shall be no other business usage"and <br /> also limiting him to 10 specific pieces of equipment. They also wish to ensure that the"A-2(1) <br /> property shall not change hands until it has been rezoned back to A-1EX," which may be <br /> accomplished by a Deed restriction `going to' the Town, but not by a Deed Restriction on the Rezone <br /> Petition. <br /> Soils: 100% Class III <br /> Uses: 100%Unused land <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7439.
