DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7274 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Primrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to include in the A-2(2) and A-2 Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7274 <br /> Part,of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 Section 7, Town of <br /> Primrose described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(2): All that part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 7, <br /> Town of Primrose lying Northerly of the right-of-way of County Highway JG and <br /> bounded on the North and West by the centerline of Old County Highway JG. <br /> A part of the NW 1/4 of Section 7, Town of Primrose described as follows: <br /> TO A-2: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 7; thence <br /> N00°44'26" East, 1094.69 feet; thence N87°02'14" East, 864.68 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N08°09'19" East, 638.46 feet; thence N15°51'42" West, 305.28 feet <br /> to the Southerly right-of-way line of County Highway JG; thence N55 043'00" East along <br /> said right-of-way line, 450.00 feet; thence S26°00'00" East, 800.00 feet; thence S <br /> 05°00'00" West, 622.59 feet; thence N90°00'00" West, 658.56 feet; thence N06°00'00" <br /> West, 161.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REOUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That no construction of any structure be placed on the A-2(2)rezone area. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town-Board as well.as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.Failure to record the restrictions will se tJrezone tube null and <br /> void. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1Xa),(b),(c). <br />
