DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7275 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Montrose. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Montrose be amended to include in the A-2 Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7275 <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 25, Town of Montrose <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section 25, thence <br /> along the West line of the Southeast quarter of said Section 25, N00°10,17"East, 949.94 <br /> feet; thence N89°55'59"East, 807.71 feet; thence S01°39'02"West, 241.43 feet to the <br /> Westerly line of Lot #1 of Certified Survey Map #2635; thence along the Westerly line of <br /> Lots 1 and 2 of said Certified Survey Map #2635, SO4°43'49"West, 235.40 feet; thence <br /> along the Westerly line of Lot#2 of Certified Survey Map #2635, S61°42'01"East, 86.16 <br /> feet; thence continuing along the Westerly line of Lot #2 of said Certified Survey Map <br /> #2635, S13°38'07"East 42.69 feet;thence continuing along the Westerly line of Lot#2 of <br /> said Certified Survey Map #2635, S15°03'58" West 106.65 feet to the Northwesterly <br /> right-of-way line of CTH D;thence along said Northwesterly right-of-way line 256.89 feet <br /> along the arc of a curve to the left with a radius 1692.06 feet whose long chord bears <br /> S57°33'19"West, 256.64 feet; thence continuing along said Northwesterly right-of-way <br /> line, S53°12'22"West, 252.56 feet; thence S89°54'36"West,423.57 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of " s. Failure o record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> @\:\k°\°6 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
