DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7430 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Black Earth. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Black Earth be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes and <br /> A-2 Agricultural District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7430 <br /> TO RH-3: <br /> A parcel of land located in the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Black Earth <br /> described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 28; thence S00°18'10" West, <br /> 1320.81 feet to the Northeast corner of said SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and the point of beginning; <br /> thence S00°18'10" West, 1320 feet; thence West, 550 feet; thence North 500 feet; thence <br /> N38°15'00" West, 168 feet; thence N15°10'00" West, 698 feet to a point in the <br /> centerline of John Wilkinson Road; thence Northeasterly, 106.00 feet along said <br /> centerline; thence N89°29'14" East, 735.87 feet along the North line of said SE 1/4 NW <br /> 1/4 to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-2: <br /> A part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 28, Town of Black Earth, described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 28; thence S00°18'10" West, <br /> 1320.81 feet, thence S89°29'14" West, 735.87 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> S89°29'14" West, 592 feet; thence South 1322.00 feet; thence East, 770.00 feet; thence <br /> North 500.00 feet; thence N38°15'00" West, 168.00 feet; thence N15°10'00" West, <br /> 698.00 feet; thence Northeasterly, 106.00 feet along the centerline of John wilkinson Road <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. An approved erosion control plan approved by the Dane County Lane '•nservation <br /> Department. \ n(� <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain 's amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
