It located about 150' directly West of the Quam residence. They plan <br /> to sell it to an unrelated party and wish to move the Easterly PL of the new CSM farther away <br /> from the West side of their home. The new CSM would be the same size, with appropriate R-1 <br /> zoning. <br /> Existing and proposed CSM's available in file. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7276. Pending further comments at the public hearing, this petition appears reasonably <br /> consistent with adopted plan policies. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> Petition 7276.
