(Wheeler,Van Sickle&Anderson, S.C. -attorney,agent), <br /> Pleasant Springs 25 <br /> Amend Deed Restriction in A-2(1)district <br /> Remove the underlined portion of the Deed Restriction below,which was imposed by Rezone 6714(/CUP <br /> 1369),requiring MRS,Inc.to obtain a new vehicular access easement to their telecommunications tower <br /> site within one year of the 2/25/97 effective date <br /> of the CUP: <br /> "That within one year of issuing the CUP a new easement or right-of-way will be obtained for access to the <br /> new tower and vehicular access over the old easement will be discontinued and that no further development <br /> will take place on this property other than the tower." <br /> MRS,Inc.has tried without success to find such an easement. The non-underlined portion of the Deed <br /> Restriction would remain in force, as would the Conditions of the Rezone and CUP. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7271.
