DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7271 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Pleasant Springs. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in the A-2(1) Agricultural <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7271 <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Pleasant Springs described as follows: <br /> Commencing 355.5 feet North and 405.9 feet West of Southeast corner; thence South 300 <br /> feet East 300 feet North 300 feet to point of beginning. <br /> Also, Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Commencing 355.5 feet North and 110.7 feet West of Southeast corner; thence <br /> West 295.2 feet North 295.2 feet East 295.2 feet South 295.2 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> k:;) <br /> \ r;>/ <br /> q, \. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br /> • <br />
