The proposed design must include and erosion control plan that limits total off-site soil <br /> loss to an annual cumulative rate not to exceed 7.5 tons/acre/year. <br /> 2. Schedule the construction to ensure that the minimum amount of sediment will leave the <br /> site. <br /> Descriptions of methods by which sites are to be developed: <br /> 1. This site is not located adjacent to any sensitive areas and poses a minimal effect to <br /> receiving waters. <br /> Provisions for sequential steps mitigating erosive effect of land disturbing activities: <br /> 1. The area surrounding the construction site is densely vegetated. This area should be left <br /> undisturbed to act as a buffer. <br /> Provisions to ensure no increase in surface water drainage from sites during or after <br /> construction: <br /> 1. The surrounding area is adequate to accept the increase in runoff from the site. <br /> Development appropriate given soil types/characteristics: <br /> The predominant soil types are: <br /> BbB Bativa Silt Loam, gravely substratum, 2 to 6 percent slopes (0.9 acres) <br />
