Note: "Agnes"is my client,the petitioner"Chuck" is the <br /> potential buyer and"Ed"is the realtor working with the parties. My client, Agnes is the widow of <br /> Don Harless who was an officer with the Dane County Traffic Department until his retirement. All <br /> the parties are trying to cooperate to bring this Petition to a successful conclusion.
