She hopes"that someday an immediate <br /> family member would be able to build...a single family residence..." on this parcel. The <br /> Maenner's want to build a home on 2.01 acres of the 73 acre farm, but do not meet the farm <br /> income standard, so they are asking that 2+- acres be rezoned RH-1, but not be separated from <br /> the farm by CSM. <br /> Note: The Maunesha River, with its associated floodplain and wetlands, flows N-S along the W <br /> PL of the RH-1 parcel, and also is located within 300 feet of the SE'ly corner of the RH-2 parcel. <br /> Note: Previous Rezone Petition# 6653 for a 2.3 acre parcel for a child of the farm owner(at the <br /> same location as the current RH-2 rezone)was heard at the 07/16/1996 P.H. and.abeyed at the <br /> 07/23/96 Work Meeting, but was subsequently withdrawn. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7281.
