B, Oregon, Wisconsin, and at the <br /> request of Dane County Zoning, I am making application for a Cgsidtl' . j *tl TJcc,Pc iiit <br /> (Rezoning a part of the farm to R1-A) to (A.) construct a new house at 4371 Schneider Drive, in <br /> the town of Dunn, Dane County Wisconsin for the residence of Ralph and Beverly Lance. We <br /> have removed the deteriorating house and existing garage to make room for a new house and <br /> garage to be (B.) consistent with the neighboring properties. (C.) Zoning and building permit <br /> have been issued and construction has started on October 12th, 1998. A condition of this request <br /> is the construction may continue while the rezoning of a portion of the farm, as described, is <br /> being processed at the county and township level. (D.) We are using the area in which the <br /> existing homestead was established. (E.)
