DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE A,' ;ENDMENT NO. 7427 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning District: in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordaiti as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the R-1A Residential Districts the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7427 <br /> A part to the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 29, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter Section corner said Section 29, and the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence S88°24'49" West, 338.80 feet; thence S01°36'00" <br /> West, 263.0 feet; thence S88°24'49" West, 200.0 feet; thence N01°36'00" East, 230.0 <br /> feet; thence N88°24'49" East, 200.0 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL Z(WING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION F EQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1. There shall be no further residential development on parcels 0610-292-8030 and 0610-292-8500. <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site.
