This proposed commercial site is an existing barn in an unsewered development area of <br /> the Town of Springdale(hamlet of Klevenville). <br /> The town/county policy allows for limited commercial development so long as it is compatible with <br /> adjacent land uses. There are only residential uses in the area There is a B-1 zoned area across the <br /> highway;however,there are no current commercial uses,only residential. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etcj <br /> The building code may require provisions for sanitary facilities to serve the patrons of the retail sale <br /> operation. The current plumbing sode requires a separate private sewage system for every building. <br /> Our files do not indicate we have received any inquiries about the process of having a suitable site <br /> evaluated or about obtaining the necessary permit for the private sewage system. <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH"P"is not a controlled access highway.
