This is currently being planned as a seasonal business open from May through <br /> October, 3 days per week. <br /> The hours will be as follows: <br /> Friday 1-6:00 <br /> Saturday 9 - 3:00 <br /> Sunday 9 - 3:00 <br /> Reasons why the property is suitable for the proposed use <br /> Our location is perfectly situated 15 minutes from Madison's west side and 6 minutes from <br /> Cross Plains and Mt. Horeb. We have the facility already built (the barn), the land to use <br /> to pursue our"hobbies" of gardening and retail, and hopefully, can create a successful <br /> business along the way. This business will be located in the Township of Springdale <br /> bringing to the Township a business that will "fit" into our rural landscape using the <br /> resources (land, knowledge and time) we have available. As the number of people grows <br /> who are interested in"native & heirloom plantings", attracting birds to their homes, and <br /> unique items for gardens and outdoors, we feel we can create a niche for this type of <br /> business.
