The northern portion of this rezone area(currently zoned A-3 Transitional)is within the <br /> Roxbury urban service area(Roxbury Sanitary District). Thus additional development within the USA <br /> would be allowable with the following policy proviso: "All development must be served by public <br /> sewer." <br /> Since the main thrust of this A-2 rezoning is to accommodate the residual 30-acre parcel,the A-2 <br /> zoning will not allow for additional residential development without further rezoning. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> None <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH"KP"is not a controlled access highway. Joint use accesses will be required where possible. An <br /> access permit is required for new points of access and changes in use of existing access points.
