She also rezoned 4.4 <br /> acres to RH-2,intending the parcel as a future homesite for a family member. The Town of Medina <br /> had placed a Deed Restriction on the rezones to RH-1 and RH-2,prohibiting"further residential <br /> development"on the land remaining after Petition 7281 was effective. When the rezoning, CSM, and <br /> land transfers were complete, a 15.36 acre A-1EX parcel remained, which now must be rezoned <br /> because it is less that 35 acres. The CO-1 Conservancy District permits"residential or housing <br /> facilities for persons employed on the premises." <br /> Note: The Maunesha River with its associated Floodplain and Shoreland Zoning Districts,forms the <br /> Easterly boundary of the CO-1 parcel. <br /> Soils: 60%Class II, 40%Class III <br /> Uses: 75%Pasture,25%Woodland <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7420.
