DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7420 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the A-2(8) Agricultural District/s <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7420 <br /> Part of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 12, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the West quarter corner of Section 12, thence N00°47'58" East, 519.75 feet; <br /> thence N48°35'36" East, 310.17 feet; thence N43°31'24" East, 200.95 feet; thence <br /> NO3°39'16" East, 430.26 feet to the South line of the CSM St P & P Railroad; thence <br /> N79°46'57" East along aid South line, 543 feet to the centerline of the Maunesha River; <br /> thence Southwesterly to Easterly along said River centerline, 2450 feet to the East line of <br /> the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 12; thence South along said East line, 60 feet to the <br /> Southeast corner of said 1/4 1/4; thence S88°58'49" West along the South line of said 1/4 <br /> 1/4; 1322.34 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.That there be no residential development on the A-2(8). <br /> Said restriction shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of <br /> land within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and <br /> void. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
