The Town is requiring that all the agricultural lands West of Hwy. <br /> 73 be deed restricted to indicate that no further residential construction can take place on these <br /> lands. This does not include the two parcels being created by this petition. These lands are being <br /> purchased by Timm Kersten for addition to his farm. With the division under this petition four <br /> building sites have been created off the farm West of Hwy. 73,this is why the Town has <br /> requested the restriction on this land. The land East of Hwy. 73 are being retained by the <br /> Chadwicks and there may be the potential for one more building site on these lands. The Town <br /> has stipulated a deed restriction requiring a rezoning take place in order for any development to <br /> occur. A map is enclosed giving some details.
