Vernon"is interested in retaining the farm house and farm buildings located South of <br /> Sherman Drive,"and would separate these from the farm as a 10.6 acre parcel. The brothers also <br /> wish to create a 12 acre parcel in"woods lying North of Sherman Drive and immediately East of three <br /> land parcels occupied by residences"(one RH-1,one R 1A, and one A-1EX NC'g.) Wayne also <br /> states that the 60 acres of farmland North of Sherman Drive and West of STH 73 are being sold to <br /> Timm Kersten,who owns the farm to the North. This leaves 112+-acres zoned A-1EX land in <br /> Chadwick ownership. <br /> Note: A tributary of Spring Creek which appears to have been`straightened' for use as an agricultural <br /> drainage ditch flows W to E along part of the S PL of the 10.3 acre parcel. It appears that the W'ly <br /> half of the 10.3 acre parcel is Wetland associated with this Creek. <br /> Soils: 80%Class I-I , 20%Class III <br /> Uses: 30%Cropland, 60%Woodland, 10%House and outbuildings. <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING <br /> Petition 7417.
