DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7289 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Medina. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the A-2(2) and A-2(8) Agricultural <br /> Districts and R-4 Residential the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER/C.U.P.NUMBER: 7289/1512 <br /> Being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(2): Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 22;thence South <br /> 1678.7 feet along the centerline of STH 73; thence N88°45'00"East, 60.01±feet; to the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence continue N88°45'00"East, 985±feet; thence <br /> N01°15' West, 157 feet to the centerline of Kroneman Road; thence S88±°24' East along <br /> the said centerline±922 feet to the Easterly right-of-way STH 73; thence South±152 feet - <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> Being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Medina, described as follows: <br /> TO R-4: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; thence South <br /> 1678.7 feet along the centerline of STH 73; thence N88°45'00"East, ±1045 feet to the <br /> point of beginning of this description; thence±N01°15'West, 157 feet to the centerline of <br /> Kroneman Road; thence±N88°24' East along said centerline, ±55 feet, thence±N01°36' <br /> West, 33 feet; thence±S85°30' East, ±212 feet; thence±S05°49' East, ±168 feet; thence <br /> S88°45'00"West, ±280 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> Being part of the NW 1/4 of Section 22, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> TO A-2(8): Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 22; thence South <br /> 1196.77 feet along the centerline of STH 73; thence N86°30'15"East, 60.11 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continue N86°30'15"East, 1728.36; thence SO4°08'05"East, <br /> 258.83 feet; thence N88°24'40" West, 186.46 feet; thence S05°00'20"West, 304.45 feet; <br /> thence S88°45'00" West±326 feet;thence±N05°49' West, ±168 feet; thence±N85°30' <br /> West, ±212 feet; thence±S01°36'East, 33 feet to the centerline of Kroneman Road; <br /> thence±S88°24' West along said centerline, ±936 feet; to the Easterly right-of-way for <br /> STH 73;thence North along said right-of-way±332 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the lands be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure ti reco rd the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. /\ J <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amen upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
