WALLEN is the owner of the <br /> following described land in the Town of Medina, Dane County, Return To: <br /> Wisconsin, to wit: <br /> Richard Wallen <br /> See Attached Addendum A 5468 Highway 73 <br /> Marshall, WI 53559 <br /> WHEREAS,per the Town of Medina, owner is required to <br /> place certain restrictions thereon,to bind the owner and those who <br /> may acquire title hereafter <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits l , <br /> passing to and from the owner and those who may hereafter Parcel #: 081222290003 <br /> purchase said lands and the parties named as beneficiaries of these <br /> restrictions, the following restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> 1. No further residential development will be allowed on the above-referenced lots. <br /> 2. The mobile home located on property known as A2-(2) is restricted to use by employees of the farm or <br /> family members of the owner. <br /> 3. Said lots cannot be sold separately but all lots must be sold as one parcel. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute a covenant running with the land in favor of the pertinent Town Board as <br /> well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the property and shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part <br /> of said land,their successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless said restriction is modified <br /> or removed pursuant to this instrument. <br /> The restrictions provided for herein shall be enforceable at law or equity against any party who has or <br /> acquires an interest in the land subject to the restrictions by the following parties who are named as grantees, <br /> promisees, and beneficiaries with enforcement rights. <br />
