Page 1 <br /> DANE COUNTY <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1529 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Multi-family residence in B-1 District. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 11/24/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of Government Lot #2 S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 Section 12, Town of <br /> Madison described as follows : Beginning at a point on the <br /> Sherman Avenue 84 .7 feet N25°40' East of the intersection of <br /> Easterly line of Sherman Avenue and the quarter Section line 1055 <br /> feet S89° West of the East quarter corner of Section 12, thence <br /> along said road line N25°40' East 33 feet; thence at right angles <br /> S64°20' East 132 feet; thence S25°40' West 33 feet; thence at <br /> right angles 132 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . Transitional Housing, Inc. shall enter into a municipal <br /> service agreement with the Town of Madison. <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br />
