Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1529 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. FOR: Multi-family residence in B-1 District. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 11/24/98 EXPIRATION DATE: (See Below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: Part of Government Lot #2 S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 Section 12, Town of Madison described as follows : Beginning at a point on the Sherman Avenue 84 .7 feet N25°40' East of the intersection of Easterly line of Sherman Avenue and the quarter Section line 1055 feet S89° West of the East quarter corner of Section 12, thence along said road line N25°40' East 33 feet; thence at right angles S64°20' East 132 feet; thence S25°40' West 33 feet; thence at right angles 132 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit. 1) . Transitional Housing, Inc. shall enter into a municipal service agreement with the Town of Madison. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. 2. That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use.
