ti <br /> E ` r <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7413 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Verona <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Verona be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-2 District/s the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7413 <br /> TO RH-1: <br /> Part of Lot #1, CSM #5964, in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Verona <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #1; thence N68°East <br /> 620 feet; thence S20° East 200 feet; thence S70° West 280 feet; thence S80° West 400'; <br /> thence N160 feet to the point of beginning. Also, commence at the Southeast corner of <br /> said Lot #1, thence S61° West 33' to the point of beginning; thence N20° West 220 feet; <br /> thence West 500 feet; thence S20° East 220 feet; thence along centerline of Midtown <br /> Road to the point of beginning. <br /> TO RH-2: <br /> Part of Lot #1, CSM #5964, in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 6, Town of Verona <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot #1, thence N80'; <br /> thence N80° East 400 feet; thence N70°East 280 feet; thence N20' West 200 feet; thence <br /> N68° East 190 feet; thence S20° East 300 feet; thence N69° East 33'; thence S20° East <br /> 450 feet to centerline of Midtown Road; thence S68° West 66' feet; thence N20° West <br /> 220; feet; thence West 500 feet; thence S20°East 220 feet; thence Northwesterly 550 feet <br /> along Midtown Road to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map • <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void.
