TOWN BOARD ACTION REPORT
Regarding Zoning Petition # / 11/2
1//n/
9 9 9 Public Hearing
Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of Dunn having considered
said zoning petition, be it therefore resolved that said petition is hereby(Approved/B,erie+d).
The Town Planning Commission,
consisting of members voted 5 in favor and 0 opposed. 2 absent
The Town Board,
consisting of 3 members voted 3 in favor and 0 opposed.
The above petition is subject to the following conditions: (Cross out or write none if there are no
conditions)
This approval is subiect to the petition being amended to RH-3 because the
parcel is over 8 acres and the minimum size for RH-2 is 4. We do not want this
parcel to be able to be split again under RH-2 zoning.without a rezone.
It is our understanding that the property owner has already amended the petition
(attach additional page(s)as required) to RH-3.
Please note; If the proposed rezoning is approved by the Town Board, but this rezone does not comply
with the Town Land Use Plan, please explain the approval. These reasons are critical for the Zoning
Committee and the County Board in their consideration of the petition.
An exception to the Land Use Plan was given for the size of this parcel because
this 9 acre piece is separated from the rest of the farm by the MMSD drainage.
ditch and it makes it a difficult size to farm.
(attach additional page(s)as required) -77771
-'
:
Please note; The following space (and additional pages as requir- )Bre'r
minority voter(s).
Pei 23 MB j
. _ rri
ZONING DIVISION
I, Rosalind Gausman ,as Town Clerk of the Town of Dunn
County of Dane, hereby certify that the above resolution was adopted in a lawful meeting of the Town
Board On Dunn , 19 98 ,
4-141.1--rjelbefa-c.#71,LAL„AJ
Town Clerk
Date: Novcmbcr 20 19—98-•
•
