DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7412 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District's the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7412 Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Dunn described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North, along the West line of said quarter quarter, 1285.5 feet; thence S49°54' East, 129.0 feet; thence Southeasterly on a 10°00' curve to the right, the long chord of which bears S36°31'45" East for a distance of 284.8 feet; thence S21°09'30" East, 801.8 feet; thence Southesterly on a 10°00'curve to the left, 85.0 feet more or less to a point on the centerline of CTH B which is 704.0 feet West of the East quarter corner of said Section 19; thence West, 623.5 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. \17\,11 The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
