DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7412 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Dunn. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District's the <br /> following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7412 <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 19, Town of Dunn described as follows: Beginning <br /> at the Southwest corner of said SE 1/4 NE 1/4; thence North, along the West line of said <br /> quarter quarter, 1285.5 feet; thence S49°54' East, 129.0 feet; thence Southeasterly on a <br /> 10°00' curve to the right, the long chord of which bears S36°31'45" East for a distance of <br /> 284.8 feet; thence S21°09'30" East, 801.8 feet; thence Southesterly on a 10°00'curve to <br /> the left, 85.0 feet more or less to a point on the centerline of CTH B which is 704.0 feet <br /> West of the East quarter corner of said Section 19; thence West, 623.5 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3Xa)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> \17\,11 <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
