Rescinded the Board's approval of the petition of December 21, 1998,
and January 18, 1999. The Charles Breunig letter of January 11, 1999 is
rescinded as well, as it reflects the December 21, approval conditions.
B. Passed a resolution approving the petition on March 1, 1999 upon the
following terms and conditions:
1. That the northerly edge of the traveled portion of the driveway be at
least four feet from the northerly boundary line of Lot 1 as shown
on the Cheney survey map.
2. That the driveway be pitched to the south to cause drainage to flow
to the south, away from the Speth property.
3. That snowfall be plowed, or otherwise removed, to the south.
We understand that this resolves the pending objections to the re-zoning from the
Speths.
