Dear Helen Johnson, <br /> I would like to take this opportunity to inform the committee (zoning), of my <br /> opposition to petition 7409. Little mention if any, appears concerning the extreme <br /> slopes involved, especially moving the proposed driveway into a ravine at one point. <br /> The 2,000 foot entrance has recently been upgraded with gravel, courtesy of the Ice <br /> Age Trail Foundation. Surely they didn't intend this for anything except a field <br /> driveway. <br /> Like yourself, my father served on the RPC, and he would take a dim view of this <br /> project; also he would applaud your effort to maintain and improve the RPC - make it a <br /> truly regional boundary, representing more than just Dane County. <br /> The New Roxbury Plan also may not be compatible with this rezone, and the old <br /> plan definitely would disallow the project (Petition 7409). <br /> Yours Very Truly, <br /> ■ t C1/� r` <br /> L._1•14y <br /> le_41 <br /> -� � V31/2 <br />
