<br /> 1326.23 feet along the E-W 4 line of said Section 6 to the point of beginning; thence
<br /> South 00°15'51" East, 664.04 feet along the East line of said NW4-SE4; thence South
<br /> 89°52'59" West, 663.47 feet; thence North 00°14'02" West, 563.60 feet along the center-
<br /> line of South Mathewson Road to the point of curvature of a curve to the right having a
<br /> central angle of 90°05'35" and a radius of 100.00 feet; thence Northeasterly, 157.24 feet
<br /> along the arc of the curve to the point of tangency thereof, said arc also being the
<br /> centerline of South Mathewson Road, the long chord of which bears North 44°48'45.5" Eastl
<br /> 141.54 feet; thence North 89°51'33" East, 562.95 feet along the E-W 4 line of said
