DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7407 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Vermont. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Vermont be amended to include in the RH-1 and RH-3 Rural Homes <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7407 <br /> TO RH-3: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 SE 1/4, Section 24, Town <br /> of Vermont described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section <br /> 24; thence S88°52'15" West, 1730.95 feet along the North line of the SE 1/4 of said <br /> Section 24 to the point of beginning; thence S00°28'58" West, 85.00 feet; thence <br /> S43°05'15" East, 503.38 feet; thence S22°27'40"East, 313.76 feet; thence South <br /> 66°58'58" West, 408.85 feet to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of STH 78; <br /> thence North 18°10'38' West, 30.16 feet along said line; thence N38°59'34" West, <br /> 212.22 feet along said line; thence N27°51'04" West, 172.34 feet along said line; thence <br /> N44°28'39" West, 265.16 feet along said line, thence N44°17'48' West, 170.31 feet <br /> along said line; thence N29°10'48' West, 195.28 feet along said line; thence N38°44'08" <br /> West, 81.14 feet along said line to a point on the North line of said SE 1/4; thence <br /> N88°52'15" East, 587.55 feet along said line to the point of beginning. <br /> RH-1: <br /> A parcel of land located in the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 24, Town <br /> of Vermont, described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section <br /> 24; thence S00°28'58" West, 1307.80 feet along the East line of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 of <br /> said Section 24; thence S88°38'57" West, 490.41 feet along the South line of the N 1/2 <br /> SE 1/4 of said Section 24 to the point of beginning; thence S88°38'57" West, 962.63 feet <br /> along said South line to a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of STH 78; thence <br /> N36°39'05" West, 80.87 feet along said line; thence N88°38'57" East, 844.52 feet; <br /> thence N00°28'58" East, 198.22 feet; thence N88°38'57" East, 166.95 feet; thence <br /> S00°28'58" West, 264.26 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b)of the Dane <br /> County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map <br /> will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within <br /> 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be <br /> rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the <br /> survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall <br /> be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77 (1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
