DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7404 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Deerfield. <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District <br /> Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes Districts <br /> the following described land: <br /> PETITION NUMBER: 7404 <br /> A parcel of land located in SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 Section 26, Town of Deerfield described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 26, thence Northerly <br /> along the Easterly line of said Section, 400 feet; thence Westerly 135 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue Westerly, 300 feet;thence Northerly, 300 feet; thence Easterly, <br /> 300 feet; thence Southerly, 300 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective,if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the <br /> land shall record the following restrictions on said land: <br /> 1.To prohibit further residential development on the balance of parcel 0712-264-9501. <br /> Said icstiictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land <br /> within 300 feet of the site. Failure to record the restrictions will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1.The entrance to the property would be on the east side of the property but avoiding the floodplain lines. <br /> \ )1/4_ <br /> e \� <br /> ;\ <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be <br /> consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c). <br />
