STATEMENT OF INTENT <br /> A 4 lot Certified Survey Map is being proposed along with <br /> Zoning changes. <br /> A 5 acre parcel on land owned by Steve Ripp is being proposed. <br /> This proposed lot is to be zoned C-2 and is to be sold to <br /> a gentleman for a landscaping / playground equipment business . <br /> This land is currently tillable. <br /> Marjorie Pulvermacher wishes to separate her single family <br /> home from her remaining land, some of which is already zoned <br /> C-2 . On a portion of this land lies a large commercial building <br /> currently being used as a woodworking shop. This building <br /> formerly was occupied by Springfield Welding. <br /> The John Mefford property is being incorporated into this <br /> 4 lot CSM because a portion of his land was incorrectly <br /> platted by CSM # 2997 in 1978 .
