DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 7403 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Springfield. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the C-2 Commercial, R-1 I Residential, and A-2(4) Agricultural District/s the following described land: PETITION NUMBER: 7403 TO C-2: Located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4 and the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence North 990 feet; thence Northwesterly 47 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Northwesterly 150 feet along the Northeasterly line of Lot #1, CSM #2997, to the Southeasterly right-of-way line of CTH P; thence Northeasterly 66 feet along said right-of-way; thence Southeasterly 15G feet; thence Southwesterly 66 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO: Located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4, Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4;thence North 792 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continue North 16.95 feet; thence East 183 feet; thence North 397 feet; thence Southwesterly 86 feet; thence Northwesterly 150 feet to the Southeasterly right-of-way line of CTH P; thence East 840 feet; thence South 538 feet; thence West 492 feet; thence North 58 feet; thence West 348.50 feet to the point of begininng. TO R-1: Located in the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 4 and the SE 14/ of the SE 1/4 of Section 5, Town of Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 4; thence North 990 feet; thence Northwesterly 196.79 feet to the Southeasterly right-of-way line of CTH P; thence Northeasterly 66 feet along said right- of-way to the point of beginning; thence continue Northeasterly along said right-of-way 130 feet; thence Southeasterly 150 feet; thence Southwesterly 134 feet; thence Northwesterly 181 feet to the point of beginning. The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain that this amendment,based upon their findings,to be consistent with the provisions of Wisconsin State Statute 91.77(1)(a),(b),(c).
