• <br /> Association <br /> D. "Association" is JCL Commercial Condominiums,an unincorporated association. <br /> Owners of Unit 1 through X are members of the Association and subject to its <br /> Bylaws and Rules and Regulations adopted by it for the use and management of <br /> the condominium. By becoming member of the Association, Unit Owners assign <br /> the management of the Common Elements of the Condominium to the <br /> Association. Subject to rights reserved to the Declarant the policies of the <br /> Associate are established by a Board of Directors elected by its member and <br /> executed by a retained Manager. The Association, at a later date, may become an <br /> LLC or Corporation. <br /> Manager <br /> E. "Manager"is Jeffrey T. Lcvakc, 301 Pinnacle Drive, P.O. Box 568, Lake Mills, <br /> WI 53551,or the Real Estate management firm retained by the Association to <br /> manage the Condominium under the policy direction of the Board of Directors,if <br /> any. <br /> Declarant <br /> F. "Declarant"is Jeffrey T. Lcvakc,301 Pinnacle Drive, P.O. Box 568, Lake Mills, <br /> WI 53551 <br /> Unit Owner <br /> G. "Unit Owner" is that person or combination of persons who hold legal title to a <br /> Unit or equitable ownership of a Unit as a land contract vendee. The term is used <br /> herein in the singular although the ownership interest in a particular Unit may be <br /> held by more than one person. The Declarant is not included in the definition of <br /> Unit Owner. <br /> 6. Area Reserved for Future Expansion and Right to Expand: <br /> A. Reservation of Right. Declarant hereby reserves the right to expand the <br /> Condominium by adding all or a portion of the property described as the Limited Common <br /> Element of Unit 7 provided Declarant receives approval from the governing municipality <br /> or municipalities. Such right to expand may be exercised from time to time within ten(10) <br /> years from the date of recording of this Amended Declaration within the Office of the Dane <br /> County Register of Deeds. Any such expansion shall be in the sole discretion of Declarant, <br /> and no Unit Owner or other person shall have the right to require the same. Each Owner, <br /> by accepting a deed to a Unit, acknowledges that the expansion area or parts thereof may <br /> he developed for uses other than as part of the Condominium. <br />
