Box 1784 Southwest One Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Madison, Wisconsin 53701-1784 Section 9; also the South 198 feet of the Northwest One Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest One Quarter (SW 1/4) of said Parcel Identification No. Section 9; also the West 200 feet of the North 26-0510-093-8730-9 874.5 feet of the Southeast One Quarter (SE 26-0510-093-9000-0 1/4) of the Southwest One Quarter (SW 1/4) of 26-0510-093-9210-6 said section 9; and 26-0510-093-9610-2 WHEREAS, certain restrictions were placed on the Property pursuant to a document recorded with the Dane County Register of Deeds at Volume 6039 of Records, Page 1, as Document Number 1849050 (the "previously recorded Restrictions"); and WHEREAS, Owner desires to, replace the previously recorded Restrictions with these Amended Restrictions; and WHEREAS, all of the requirements in the previously recorded Restrictions necessary to amend the previously recorded Restrictions have been satisfied; and WHEREAS, the Town of Rutland (the "Town") is in agreement with the revisions to the previously recorded Restrictions contained herein, and will approve of any conditional use permit amendment consistent with and contingent on the Restrictions contained herein.
