I.P . building <br /> containing skyboxes on the upper' floor. Subsequent to this <br /> meeting, Erickson sold Madison ternational Speedway to <br /> Jerry Fillner. At the Rutland ' own Board meeting held on <br /> April 2, 1996, Mr. Fillner advised that he wished to proceed <br /> with Mr. Erickson's plans to constr ct the building. <br /> Pursuant to the Deed Restrictions (Vol 6039 page 6) 5 (B) , the <br /> Town of Rutland may solely approve the construction of and <br /> placement of buildings . Therefor Jerry Fillner is hereby <br /> approved to construct a V.I. P. b ilding and skyboxes as <br /> follows : the size of the buildilpg shall be no larger than <br /> 85' x 14 ' and shall be located ngqrth of the western edge of <br /> the seating area. This is shown onlIthe attached map showing <br /> the racetrack and existing buildi�g gs and is notated as "1 ." <br /> on Attachment 1 to Exhibit A. This is also added to "Exhibit <br /> A.
