The office is open Monday through Friday at <br /> 7:45 AM to 4:00 PM for the issuance of permits, the office closes at 4:30 PM. <br /> The following information is required for application of a permit. <br /> BILLBOARDS AND DIRECTORY SIGNS <br /> 1. EVIDENCE OF LEASE OR LAND RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE PROPERTY <br /> OWNER. <br /> 2. LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED SIGN: <br /> A. Town, section, 1/4 1/4, name of road, speed limit of road. <br /> B. Distance to nearest intersections. <br /> C. Distance of sign from other signs. <br /> D. Directory sign information must also include the "air-mile" distance of the sign from the <br /> business advertised. <br /> NOTE: OTHER LOCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> A. lithe sign is to be located on the property of an existing business the requirements for "on <br /> premise" signs shall be followed. <br /> B. Directory signs located in the C-1, C-2 or M-1 Districts shall comply with the <br /> requirements for billboard signs. <br /> 3. SIZE OF SIGN,FACE AND TRIM: <br /> A. Directory signs require a sketch showing the sign copy and its arrangement on the face of <br /> the sign. <br /> 4. PERTINENT HEIGHT MEASUREMENTS: <br /> A. Height above centerline of adjacent road. <br /> B. Sign bottom height above grade. <br /> 5. NAME,ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF: <br /> A. Property owner. <br /> B. Sign owner. <br /> C.
