The proposed dull-purpose facility is to be located in the E 1/2, <br /> NE1i4,SE 114,Section 7,TEN,R11E,Town of Sun,Prairie,Dane County, and will have a street address of <br /> 912 Bird S1xeet, Sun Pratt Le. <br /> The primary purpose of t7.6 initial site inspection is to determine whether the proposed composting facility <br /> meets the locational otter is and performance standards outlined in as.NRS02.12(8)and NR502.04(1), <br /> MID.Code,respectively. These locational criteria and performance standards prohibit the establishment of <br /> composting facilities in ft lodplaitts and areas where the siting and operation of the facility will have an <br /> adverse impact on wed=is,critical habitat areas,surface or ground waters,or create air omissions problems. <br /> IntbrinatiOn gathered dur ng my initial site inspection,a review of available floodplain and wetlands maps, <br /> information provided by au endangered resource division and state historical society,and the operational <br /> information you provided, indicates this site meets the locational Criteria and performmnce standards referred <br /> to above, <br /> Therefore,the department finds this Site acceptable for development as a composting facility and recycling <br /> drop-off location. A facility license will be issued to the City of Sun Prairie in the sear Attire.
