I have <br /> submitted the applications to the township planning commission and the town board on <br /> October 1. <br /> My fiancee and I are in the process of purchasing 4 acres from my mother and the estate <br /> of Jack Bigler. The property in question is lying fallow under the CRP program, before <br /> -- then the land was used for agriculture purposes. The property to the west, south and east <br /> is also agricultural land. The property to the north is my mother's homestead. <br /> We would like to rezone the existing 4 acres for the opportunity to build a home for <br /> ourselves.
